I would truly like some opinions/advice here? All thru my grownup daily life, such as obtaining 3 babies, I was skinny. Never had to physical exercise, view what I ate, ect. Needless to say, that is a recipe for Genuinely negative habits Now I am in my mid 30?s, on distinct meds for bipolar, and about ten-12 lbs heavier than I experience at ease w/.
