Guns and drugs talk set for Richmond church

The 31st Street Baptist Church in Church Hill is hosting a town hall-style talk on the impact of guns and drugs in the city.

Neill Franklin, executive director of the Medford, Mass.-based Law Enforcement against Prohibition, is the guest speaker for "The End of Prohibition: A Town Hall Discussion of Drugs and Guns."

The program starts at 7 p.m. July 18 at the church, 823 N. 31st St., Richmond. For information, contact the Rev. Dr. Morris Henderson at (804) 226-0150.
